All the orders are packed safe and sound and dispatched in commercial mode within the 5-working days of the date of placing the order. The costs of the shipping vary on the basis of price, category, insurance, value, weight and delivery address. After dispatching the product can reach you between 5 to 7- working days. It can only be delayed under special circumstance likes wrong address, late payments, special holidays, weekends, bad weather,  flight delays, political disruptions, and other inevitable circumstances. The product might even reach in 9 working days in some particular areas.      

If the user wants to change the address as the product is dispatched, he/she will have to re-order and cancel the previous one. If the orders are already paid, the amount will be refunded once the products reach our warehouse.

Maximum three attempts will be made to deliver the orders; Saurabh Electronics has the right to cancel the orders if our delivery partner is unable to contact you in these attempts.   

Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

We at Saurabh Electronics offer products by premium brands and extended warranty but in case you receive a damaged item you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Also, the option of returning the order can be availed only once per order. If the product is under warranty the user can demand exchange.       

When we get a complaint of damaged orders we might ask to share an image of the product to confirm your issue. 

The product should be packed surely to avoid any futures damages; our service will reach your doorstep to pick-up the order. Saurabh Electronics will initiate a refund after receiving the order that might take 5 to 7 working days.
